Test Ride Waiver and Safety Terms
I understand that riding an electric scooter, electric cycle, or electric moped involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this test ride and release Sri Rag Motors, Motovolt, their employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of this test ride.
- Helmet must be worn at all times during the test ride
- Follow all traffic laws and safety instructions provided by staff
- Rider must be 18+ years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Valid ID required for test ride
- No alcohol or drugs before or during the test ride
I agree to use the electric vehicle responsibly and will be financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions. Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable.
By booking a test ride, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I confirm that I am physically capable of safely operating the Motovolt electric vehicle selected for this test ride.
